Before we open the door

Start with
what you have.

Can we keep our existing fobs and readers?

That is the starting point. We review your fobs, readers, controllers and doors, then confirm what can be retained and what needs to be added. Compatibility is confirmed before quoting.

Who manages people and permissions?

Your authorized staff or building administrators manage the register and access rules in TITUS. Your site’s permissions determine who can make changes.

What happens when a fob is lost?

Your authorized administrator deactivates the registered credential and records its replacement. You can try a fictional deactivation and undo it in the sample register above.

Can temporary access have an end time?

Temporary permissions can be set around the approved doors and schedule for a visit. The access and expiry setup is agreed for your installation.
