What does my site need to have one of your Surveillance Towers Installed?Our LTE Tower only needs power! let us know where you would like the box installed and we can either run a a power cord or have one of our electricians hook the system up to power!

What happens if someone cuts the power to the system?The system has a backup battery. The surveillance tower will work perfectly fine for the next 12-24 hours.

Do I need to have internet installed on site?You do not need to have internet installed for our system to work! We have LTE options where we use cell phone towers to communicate to the internet. Keep in mind we need good signal strength to run our camera system. We also offer starlink internet for remote areas

Are your monitoring agents always watching the cameras?No, our system is very similar to an alarm system. once you arm the system we will watch out for AI movement events. Once a person has been detected our monitoring agent will immediately start watching and take action where needed.

How will my staff know when they system is armed?There is a red light on top of the Surveillance Tower that will turn red when they system is armed. Please do not enter the site unless the light is off

What happens if someone enters site very far from the camera?Our extremely advanced AI Human detection allows the system to pick up a person a few hundred feet away with ease!

Can I change the sound that comes from the speaker when someone is detected?Absolutely! The system is fully customizable. You can upload any audio file that will automatically trigger once the system detects a person.

Does the system record 24 hours?Yes everything is recorded 24 hours a day.

What if I need more coverage?You can have as many boxes as you like per site. You will have access to all the footage on 1 app and easily be able to mange all your surveillance towers on a simple to use platform

Do I have to manually arm and disarm the site every day?Nope! you can set a schedule that will automatically arm your site and disarm at a certain time automatically

Do you have a tower with different cameras?Yes! we have towers with PTZ cameras, Thermal cameras, and license plate recognition cameras! we can also custom build to customer preference

Who do you use to watch the cameras?We use multiple monitoring stations, they are all ULC listed
